For reservations less than a week in length:

- Deposit:
No deposit required
- Cancellation Policy: 24 hour notice of
cancellation is required or credit card will be charged for one
nights stay.

- The Bouquet Room: 2+
- The Angel Room: 2+
- The Upstairs Apartment: 5+
- *All rates are based on 2 people. Additional guest $10 per person.

Children are welcome (see above!)

Smoking outside only

Pets may be able to be accommodated - please contact us!
- Parking:
There is ample parking available for your vehicle(s)
For reservations of a week or more:
The Upstairs
Apartment is a perfect location for your week-long retreat or
short-term rental. The policies below apply only to stays of one week or
longer.
Reservation & Cleaning Deposit
- A $300 deposit is required when the reservation is made. At the
end of your stay, the deposit can either be applied to the cleaning
fee (if assessed), or to balance due for your stay.
Cancellation Policy
- Longer than 48 hours prior to arrival date: No Cancellation Fee
- Your deposit will be completely refunded.
- Within 48 hours of arrival date: $300 deposit becomes
non-refundable.
Cleaning Fee
- A cleaning fee will be assessed ONLY if there is cleaning or
damage to the apartment that is beyond normal "wear & tear." This
applies only to stays of one week or longer.
